The Work:

• Project Manage a variety of projects under the partnership of a design lead
• Apply Agile and Human Centered Design principles to the manage the creation of Web and digital experiences for primarily government clients
• Work closely with both external clients and internal cross functional teams

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience managing and coordinating projects using Agile methodologies
• 2+ years using Jira, Agile Accelerator, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Work, & Microsoft PPT
• Demonstrate ability to craft project plans, identifying key milestones and activities
• Ability to accurately assess project health and provide status updates to leadership and clients
• Coordinate client and team meetings, to ensure project reviews and communications are progressing forward
• Demonstrate ability to identify risk and issues and escalate to the project leads
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with personnel at all levels within the organization and its clients
• Manage the logistics, timelines, clearance needs, and operational requirements of each project
• Lead project retrospectives identifying areas of success and improvement
• Have Agile and SAFe Agile experience
• Demonstrated time and task management skills
• Understand fundamental principles of Design Thinking and Human Centered Design methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Experience working with development teams
• Scrum Master Certification or PMP
• Experience with Federal clients

 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $77,900 - $147,800 

Colorado: $77,900 - $127,600

New York: $70,000 - $147,800 

Washington: $82,900 - $136,100
