General Maintenance Life Safety
Responsible for the maintenance of specific life safety equipment and processes ( Fire Safety, Fire Sprinklers, Emergency Lights, etc). Performs general maintenance as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems.
Role covers Hampton Roads (Norfolk/VB side) and Peninsula (Hampton/Williamsburg side) as needed.
Education
- High School Diploma
Certification/Licensure
- VA or NC Drivers License in good standing
Experience
- 1 year of related maintenance experience
- Facilities experience preferred
- Previous experience with Life Safety equipment (Sprinklers, Emergency Lights, Alarms, etc)
- Drivers license-- position travels as required to either side of the water for routine and emergency maintenance and inspection
