Fives Landis Corp is actively seeking a Full-Time Field Service Technician to join its team in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Fives Landis Corp is the High Precision Machines Division of Fives specializes in the design and supply of various types of machines for numerous markets such as Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Rail, Shipbuilding, Energy, Space, etc.

We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

 

At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:

 

• Perform hands-on service and assembly operations on all types of grinding machines and components.
• Provides client support in the field using analytics, ingenuity and knowledge of CNC machines with servo drives and motors, programmable logic controls to identify operational problems.
• Interprets assembly drawings, hydraulic diagrams, and verbal instructions to assemble machines, components, sub-assemblies, hydraulic piping, and connect hydraulic components.
• Travel to client locations to provide on-site service to machines.
• Follows the procedures and rules for health and safety.

 

At Fives Landis Corp. and under the direction of the Service/Installation Warranty Manager, you will join the Service Technician team.
