Team Assistant - Global Music Marketing

As Global Music Marketing Assistant, you´ll work within the Global Music team to support the implementation of the global music marketing strategy around our music programs, in line with the general brand strategy and global business goals.

With the Red Bull Music Program growing further, we are on the look-out for a Team Assistant – Global Music Marketing that would play a vital support function for processes of the various music properties within our portfolio as well as coordinating inter-departmental and external workflows.

Job Description

INTERFACE FOR ALL MUSIC RELATED MATTERS ACROSS ORGANIZATION

In this role, you´ll act as the central interface for all Music related matters and collaborate with our Media Network, Brand Marketing, Legal & Finance teams to bring initiatives to life and ensure they are implemented and tracked accordingly. This will range from periodic reporting tasks, overseeing internal tools, process and supporting on partnerships efforts.

TEAM MEETING AND PROJECT WORKSHOPS PLANNING

You’ll be planning and executing music team meetings and project summits with global and local, internal & external stakeholders.

PROJECT RECAP AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

You’ll be responsible to coordinate insights and event recap data to ensure organizational learning and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

University Degree in Business/Marketing; or Equivalent Professional Experience

Excellent English & German skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination role; experience in project management appreciated

Strong knowledge of MS office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook

Passion for the Red Bull Brand & Music Marketing

Team player, multi-tasker, communicator, open-minded, solution oriented, innovative and self-motivated with a can do attitude and focused on delivering results

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1945 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
