- Track and monitor work submissions and responses between the company and the layout vendor using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure completion of work submissions by the layout vendor and confirm payment readiness.
- Utilize Oracle iProcurement to initiate and send work requests to the layout vendor.
- Review vendor invoices to ensure accurate payment for completed work.
- Review, edit, and create work requests in the Gas Work Management System (ARM).
- Modify or edit work requests in Gas Work Management System (ARM) as directed by the supervisor.
- Utilize the Customer Project Management System (CPMS) to inquire about a job, locate duplicate jobs, and update the system with notes and attachments.
- Access the Customer Care and Billing System (CC&B) to retrieve customer account information, confirm customer gas usage, and locate gas meter numbers.
- Scan, receive, review, and advance cases in Adept.
- Review and understand EGIS maps for gas mains and services.
- Review and understand Conduit maps and C&DO plates for electric services.
- Cross-check layouts in Procemx prior to submitting work orders for approval on pre-paving, protected streets, wetlands, and other projects.
- Prepare layout folders and engage in regular process checks to ensure completion and accuracy.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Driver's License Required
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday
- Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
- Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday
- Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday
- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
