Allegro St. Augustine is looking for friendly and service-oriented Part-Time Driver to join our team! Flexible Shifts 7 days a week - 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Valid Drivers License required - CDL is not.

What You’ll Do:
🍽️ Greet and seat residents with a warm smile.
🍽️ Take our residents on trips and excursions to FUN places.
🍽️ Keep your bus clean, well-maintained, and inviting.
🍽️ Ensure an exceptional driving experience for our residents.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Friendly, team-oriented attitude
✔️ Strong attention to detail & customer service skills
✔️ Previous Bus Driving experience is a plus but not required
✔️ Ability to work some weekends & holidays

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, courteous and efficient transportation services for the residents of the Community.
Areas of Responsibility
- Drive residents to outings, health care appointments, banking and other activities as determined by the Lifestyle Director/Concierge and the Executive Director.
- Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle. Assist in loading packages, boxes, sacks, etc.
- Coordinate Community transportation services ensuring the maintenance of the vehicles and adherence to the transportation budget and expenditures as directed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must possess good judgment, time management, decision making, and safety awareness skills.
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) if required) for the state where the vehicle is operated.
- Must have an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) record; the record must be checked annually.
- The Community is a drug free workplace.
