How you will make an impact

As IT Specialist for Commercial applications, you become a part of Application Services team in Arla IT Operations with location in Viby. You will be a part of a team who has a high ambition of delivering quality support and improvements to the list of SaaS applications, such as Visualfabriq, Telus, NielsenIQ (and there can be more in the future). You will learn from very skilled colleagues and collaborate with support teams, the super users and the vendors. This role is a key in supporting our business strategy where you will be responsible for ensuring high quality in our solutions and support. In particular you will:

 

• Deliver second line customer support to Arla´s commercial applications users
• Perform user maintenance tasks, incident resolution and analyses
• Communicate and coordinate with applications users, vendors and other Arla teams
• Create  and update  solution documentation

 

 

What will make you successful

We are open to hire newly graduated with a relevant IT education or with couple of years of working experience in IT field. You possess a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems and open for operating in a fast changing environment. With an open mindset, You are eager to support and excel in various applications. Additionally, your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable effective teamwork and seamless information exchange. Further, the ideal candidate for this role:

 

• Is eager to learn new applications
• Has a good understanding of SaaS solutions and IT language
• Has work experience with ITIL processes, SaaS solutions it is an advantage, but not a must
