Sr. Project Manager - Construction Services

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project leadership, ensuring successful delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives. You will guide and develop a distributed team of project managers and coordinators while driving consistency in execution standards. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all active projects. It is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, field-oriented environments. The role also requires moderate travel within the region to support field operations and client relationships. You will act as the key escalation point for high-impact operational challenges.
