About the role

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Manager with demonstrated experience working with product managers, project management, reporting and analytics and Salesforce Administration experience. You will report to the Director – Strategy & Operations for Global Sales and will work closely with teams that manage our B2B customers, to manage key products that are critical for the success of LHW. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting both teams’ Salesforce strategies and enhancements, client-facing information portals, and automation tools. You will also support the Director- Strategy & Operations with overall Sales strategy and general management of the team.

You will work with our teams across the globe to identify needs to enable those teams to create value for all key B2B customers. This is a great role to grow your project management skills, work closely with the product management process, drive change across large teams, and play a critical role in supporting the success of our B2B strategies.

This position is based in our New York City office, with a hybrid schedule requiring employees to work on-site two days per week.

In this role you will:

  • Be the subject matter expert on the teams that support our B2B customer and hotel customer. You will represent those priorities and points of view in regard to development and enhancements of Salesforce. This includes Salesforce road mapping, managing data integrity, creating maintenance processes, partnering with IT to prioritize and execute enhancements.
  • Work closely with teams and the Salesforce CRM product team to understand pain points and enhance Salesforce product capabilities.
  • Drive change management and adoption of new Salesforce capabilities.
  • Taking a customer-backed and evidence-based approach to defining, executing, and delivering a product roadmap and product strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the teams that support our B2B customers, Marketing, IT and Product Management to develop Sales enablement strategies, tools and materials.
  • Lead the advancement of one of our key customer-facing tools, the Sales Portal.
  • Influencing internal stakeholders to use our products and sharing with them the outcomes we are enabling to strengthen investment.
  • Create and maintain relevant content such as playbooks, SOPs, product training materials, and presentations.
  • Support the Director, Sales Strategy & Operations with overall strategy.
  • Core job responsibilities would be divided as such (may evolve as required):
    • Sales team Salesforce strategy & support: 35%
    • Member Experience Salesforce strategy & support: 35%
    • Sales Portal and Automation projects: 20%
    • Support Director, Sales Strategy & Operations: 10%

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excitement to learn about the travel industry.
  • Experience working closely with product managers.
  • Salesforce Administration experience.
  • High comfort level with managing multiple priorities from internal stakeholders.
  • A comfort in working in grey space: you excel at working through ambiguity and the change management that comes with establishing teams to drive clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills: you are an effective communicator and storyteller, and are comfortable conversing with engineering teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a project management or product management role
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with recent project experience
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Imperative to have good collaboration and communication skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally as you will be working with global teams and receiving a lot of requests.

  • Hospitality experience is not required.

 

Compensation

Expected Salary: $90,000-100,000*

Target Incentive bonus: 10%

*Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and location.
