Coactive makes it easy to search, filter, and analyze visual content. Increasingly image and video data captures the content we watch, the products we buy, and the work we do, and already represents 80% of internet traffic. But rather than being an asset, visual content is often a tax or even a liability because it is so hard to work with and understand. Coactive solves this by bringing structure to unstructured visual data. Rather than spending months (or years) building complex infrastructure, data teams can unlock the value of their visual data in minutes to power use cases such as content understanding and moderation, search, and analytics.

As our Head of Product, you will define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap at Coactive AI. You’ll work directly with our CEO, customers, and cross-functional teams to shape the future of our platform. This critical leadership role is at the heart of our company, driving product innovation, customer obsession, and business impact as we scale.

We are looking for a product leader who is both strategic and hands-on. This person thrives in ambiguity, can turn customer insights into product vision, and is passionate about scaling a product and a team in a high-growth environment.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Set the product vision and strategy and translate it into an actionable roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery to delivery, ensuring customer-centric outcomes.
• Lead with empathy and EQ, building trust with internal teams and external stakeholders alike.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define priorities and ship high-impact solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with key enterprise customers, deeply understand their needs, and turn insights into scalable solutions.
• Own the product lifecycle and manage prioritization, scope, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class product team over time.
• Develop a clear point of view on product-market fit, go-to-market strategies, and competitive differentiation.
• Be the voice of the customer and evangelize the Coactive AI product vision internally and externally.
• Contribute to pricing strategy, packaging, and positioning as we scale.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ years of experience in product management, including building enterprise SaaS or AI/ML products. Startup experience strongly preferred.
• Experience defining and scaling 0-1 and 1-N products, ideally in B2B SaaS or data/AI infrastructure.
• Strong technical acumen; comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and data platforms with engineers and customers alike.
• Exceptional leadership skills: you’ve built and led high-performing product teams.
• Customer-obsessed, with a track record of delivering products that solve real customer problems.
• Excellent communication skills; able to influence at all levels, from founders to enterprise customers.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Passion for AI, visual data, and the future of data-driven decision-making.

 

Bonus Points:

• Experience with visual data platforms, computer vision, or data-centric AI.
• Prior experience working directly with large enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with SaaS pricing, packaging, and enterprise sales motion.
• Background in engineering, data science, or design.
