Position Description:
 

The Lead Phlebotomist is responsible for delivering high-quality education and hands-on phlebotomy training to new hires and students during clinical rotations. This role includes hands-on clinical training, evaluation of student progress, ongoing review and re-education and ensuring compliance with accreditation and certification standards.

Qualifications:
1. Phlebotomy certificate or diploma from an accredited institution required.
2. Minimum three years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
3. Prior training experience preferred.
4. Ability to engage, motivate and evaluate effectively.
