Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Java) – Remote

We’re redefining temperature-sensitive eCommerce logistics. From complex pick-and-pack operations to real-time last-mile tracking, our platform powers cold and frozen fulfillment with precision and scale. We move fast, think critically, and need engineers who do the same.

The Role:
We’re looking for a senior-level full stack engineer to architect, build, and maintain production-grade applications that directly impact our operations. You’ll work with Java backend, modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, TypeScript), and real-time operational data from WMS and APIs like EasyPost. This isn’t a junior role — we need someone who can make system-level decisions, lead initiatives, and deliver impact from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain full stack features using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.

• Architect scalable systems and influence development standards.

• Integrate with third-party APIs and internal tools.

• Work with real-time operational data from scanners, IoT devices, and WMS.

• Mentor teammates, participate in code reviews, and drive technical decisions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product and technical direction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years full stack experience building production-grade systems.

• Strong Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API, and microservices experience.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).

• Self-directed, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with real-time or event-driven systems.

• Worked with WMS, ERP, or logistics-related systems.

• Integrated with APIs like EasyPost or ShipEngine.

• Built live dashboards, scan-based systems, or inventory tools.
