As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, sciences, or related field or equivalent experience and HVAC trade school completion OR
• equivalent combination of formal training/certification and professional work experience that demonstrates the prerequisite competence to perform the duties of this position
• 5 years of field experience in supermarket refrigeration service
• EPA Universal License or willingness to obtain upon hire
• knowledge of supermarket refrigeration installation, repair, and maintenance best practices
• knowledge of commercial HVAC repair and maintenance best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience with direct reports
