About the Team

The Creative Production department is a community which delivers all of our clients creative production requirements to the highest of standards, formed by a multicultural team of creative production experts which delivers marketing assets across Europe.

If you are based in Madrid, you will be expected to work from the Madrid Office a minimum of 2 days per week. However, there might be times when you will have to travel to conferences or client offices, so flexibility in terms of location is required.

If you are based outside of Madrid, you will be required to work from home. You will be expected to travel on occasion to client meetings and to the Madrid office in order to strengthen relationships with the team. This will be managed according to your availability.

Purpose of the role

• Vision: The Creative Production Team Leader leads a production team to deliver all the production requirements for a whole region or a specific client/clients.

Responsibilities

The Creative Production Team Leader will have 3 different dimensions:

Production Management
Lead a production team to comply with all the creative production needs of a whole region or a specific clients while managing the general traffic of projects into the team and being held fully accountable for the key production processes and tasks.

Maintain control of the administrative side of the account, ensure that billing processes are up to date and identify areas for improvement, monitor the quality of data entered by PMs and SPMs, and be able to generate and analyse production reports.

At times, the CProd TL will also have to manage production projects with specific complexities, spend level or other situational circumstances.

Team Management
Be in charge of upskilling, developing and coaching the team members, specially mentoring the Senior Production Managers. Manage the NCRs in the team, assess the internal responsibility and propose solutions.

Communication and stakeholder management
Maintain excellent client relations and follow up on the evolution of the account, being able to identify areas for improvement and manage these with the different leaders internally. Be the team's escalation point for operational topics, internally or externally.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience of at least 5 years in roles related to creative/print production is required. 
• Experience in POS, digital media, print media production is required.
• Industry related education and qualification is required. 
• You have mid level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. 
• You have an overview of the precise information that a creative production brief should contain, so that you know what questions to ask the client in case of missing information and can communicate the task in a clear way to the studio team. 
• Previous experience on team management is expected. 
• Proven client management experience is a must. 
• Agility in learning and working with different project management tools and production workflows. 
• Proven experience in administrative tasks such as timesheeting, generating and interpreting production and efficiency reports, tracking billing status, among others. 
• Fluency both written and spoken in English + Spanish is mandatory. Any other European language skills are a big plus.
