What You'll Get To Do:

Develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using statistical quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses.

Ensure that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.

Review, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems.

Investigate problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.

Interface with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.

Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience in supporting development of microelectronic assemblies; Masters Degree and 6+ years; Will consider 12 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO9001 Quality Management experience
• Solid written and verbal interpersonal, communication skills and confidence to brief senior management
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams to resolve problems or issues
• Awareness of the J-standard requirements
• Experience with Root Cause analysis and Corrective Action activities
• Ability to attain a Secret Clearance
• Exposure to manufacturing material tracking and work order processes, such as SAP/MES

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to data analysis techniques
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced SAP/MES knowledge
• Experience working with electrical or mechanical design requirements and specifications.
• Experience working with or applying J-standard requirements

Salary Range: $108,400.00 - $162,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
