Job Description

Assist and supervise the activities of workers in all food outlets. This role will include acting in food preparation and supervisory activities as needed.

• Works on the food line for food preparation.
• Maintain daily employee workstation and break schedules.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor employee compliance with established service standards.
• Ensure supplies are adequate and BHO are clean and orderly.
• Oversee the service operation of assigned kitchen during assigned shift.
• Ensure all employees are on time, in proper uniform and following correct service procedures by correcting deficiencies or discrepancies as they occur.
• Coordinate cleaning and repairs of equipment.
• Perform related administrative and reporting duties.
• Other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
