Purpose of Role
Under Armour is searching for a uniquely skilled Senior Lead, Executive Insights & Analytics to join our Enterprise Data Management and Analytics (EDMA) team. This high-visibility, high-impact role will serve as the analytical engine for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including the CEO. You will synthesize key performance indicators across functions into a single source of truth—providing timely, digestible insights that drive clarity, action, and alignment at the top.
As part of the EDMA Community of Practice (COP), you’ll partner with analytics leaders across the company to design a coordinated cadence of reporting and analysis. You’ll also dive deep into the data yourself, drawing out trends and performance signals that help leadership understand what’s happening—and why.
Your Impact
- Design and execute a repeatable, company-wide executive insight delivery process, with a weekly cadence and a focus on clarity, relevance, and impact.
- Coordinate with analytics leaders (Director to SVP) across departments to identify critical KPIs, milestones, and performance signals aligned with business rhythms.
- Provide executive-level analytics summaries that distill complex, cross-functional data into focused insights, enabling the ELT and CEO to make faster, smarter strategic decisions.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into operational and financial performance to uncover key drivers and trends, providing context around metrics when needed.
- Create executive-level dashboards and summaries using Tableau, with an emphasis on visual storytelling and simplicity.
- Maintain awareness of enterprise-wide data sources, ensuring your work reflects the most accurate and trusted information available across platforms.
- Support the broader EDM COP with best practices, data standards, and alignment across the analytics community.
- Serve as a thought-leader with an emphasis on innovation outside and inside your team while finding new ways to optimize and simplify UA’s reporting functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or typically 14 years of relevant experience without degree
- 3+ years experience supporting or presenting to senior executives (ELT, C-suite).
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, DBT—with hands-on experience creating dashboards and digging into data models.
- Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, and Python for analysis and data integration.
- Background in data governance, storytelling, or management consulting.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and concepts, including how to apply generative AI or predictive analytics to enhance reporting, automate insight generation, or surface emerging trends.
- Strong understanding of retail and/or consumer goods industries, ideally within sports apparel.

Base Compensation
$119,419.20 - $164,201.40 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping
