WORK HOURS:
Hours include practices (schedules vary), and evening and weekend competitions. Hours will vary pending level and events. Season begins November 9, 2026.
JOB DUTIES:
Lead, coach, develop, and implement a program that strives to create positive experiences and successful outcomes for the Storm Nordic Ski Team
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Organizational skills
-Coaching Experience
-Passion for Nordic skiing
-Strong communication & motivational skills
SALARY:
Based on the 2025-2027 Sauk Rapids-Rice Education Association's Master Agreement Schedule C at BA+10 lane at 11% starting at $5,797 up to $7,949; no additional benefits beyond those required by law.
