Senior Product Manager - Developer Experience Platform

Our output changes the communications game.</p> <h2> </h2> <p><strong>Why this role matters</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Product Manager for the Developer Experience (DevEx)  you will be responsible for creating a scalable DevEx platform which creates a unified experience across all Vonage CPAAS assets, while enabling reselling to third parties. </p> <br/> <p><strong><em>IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU, CONTINUE READING BELOW…….</em></strong></p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create the strategy for the the long term evolution of the Vonage developer experience platform to serve all Vonage’s customers</li> <li>Work with teams such as sales, product and legal collect, prioritize, and validate business requirements for delivery.</li> <li>Collaborate with individual Product Managers for data driven prioritization </li> <li>Work with the engineering and UX design teams to build an outcome focussed user experience.</li> <li>Document, train, and coach teams to effectively use the products, features, and solutions you deliver.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring</strong></p> <br/> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize and build for the long-term.</li> <li>Highly analytical and at ease with influencing others through facts, insights, and great presentation abilities.</li> <li>Basic understanding of how APIs and micro-frontends work</li> <li>Ability to conduct user research and create wireframes to drive UX design</li> <li>Learning and open mindset: not constrained to use only one set of technologies from previous experience; open to different methods to achieve business goals.</li> <li>Experience rolling up your sleeves at start-ups or able to demonstrate an ambitious track record at a large corporation or in parallel to your work.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What is required for application</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field. </li> <li>3+ years’ experience in product management in a high technology setting.</li> <li>Passion for the field of product management and willingness to drive decisions to achieve favorable product outcomes</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong> </p> <p>Master’s Degree.</p> <p><strong>What is in it for you</strong></p> <p>In addition to providing exciting work, career advancement opportunities, and a collaborative work environment, Vonage provides competitive pay and benefits including unlimited discretionary time off and tuition reimbursement.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>#LI-MB1</strong></p> <p><strong>#LI-REMOTE</strong></p>
