Job Description

The Client Executive builds and maintains long-term relationships with clients to gain an understanding of the partner’s organization, business drivers and key product/service needs.  This is an ongoing relationship management role responsible for revenue protection and growth, adherence to contractual SLA’s, pricing, and compliance terms.    
 

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with clients by researching and understanding their business needs, responding to client concerns and challenges, and acting as the liaison between the client and internal departments.
  • Support the renewal of existing business
  • Provides tracking and monitoring of subscriber growth rates in aggregate to efficiently manage low touch accounts, and identify potential growth opportunities
  • Advises client on product bundle, platform and/or integration best practices and address gaps/opportunities.
  • Creates upsell demand within existing relationships
  • Collaborates with MCE to ensure call center issues are addressed and the contracts are right sized when needed to adhere to subscriber growth
  • Research client needs and determine how to bundle products to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain contact with product and service users to enhance client relationships.
  • Provides customer insights to product and marketing functions to position our offerings effectively.
  • CRM accountability, Forecast & GAP reporting.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years relationship management related experience.
  • Sales drive and motivation.
  • Intellectual horsepower, political savvy combined with problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of SaaS solutions or a strong appetite to learn.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, organizational and project management skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • PC skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above.  Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education.  This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
