Role:

Develops and delivers Customer Success enablement programs (i.e. onboarding, OCM, product knowledge)  for all customer success roles defined by the CS Enablement Director.  Owns the competency database strategy, inclusive of driving competency refreshes, working with the leadership team to evaluate competency gaps, and build and execute functional skills enablement plans based on business requirements and enablement strategy as defined by CS Enablement Director. Work with subject matter experts to build a functional skills strategy and curate the right content to build these skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Skillsbase database

  • Work with leadership to build functional skills competency model

  • Work with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and Content Developers to curate and/or build functional skills content

  • Deliver Customer Success onboarding workshops and other training as required

  • Work with Technical and Audience Enablement Leads to identify functional skills needs and design curriculum to address those needs

  • Enable management to evaluate skills of their teams and identify gaps using the Skillsbase tool

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of enablement planning and program management experience in a technical enablement team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or similar.

  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Understanding of how technical resources learn

  • Ability to proactively identify problems and propose solutions

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
