About our team   
  

Welcome to the Investment Product Services team. We add value by executing and improving operational processes within selected investment products, with the ambition to continuously deliver ever better experiences for our customers. As Senior Service Operations Officer you’ll play a valuable role in supporting both our customers but also internal stakeholders within IT, Investment Center, and Nordea Funds, to name a few.

What you’ll be doing  
  

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Lead the team in how to ensure that the processes in scope are executed in a timely manner with high quality 
• Take ownership of stakeholder collaboration in the various business areas in the organization with focus on investment products 
• Driving how to best support the team with how to work with improvements and documentation of our processes including relevant risk assessments. 
• Take lead on the overall collaboration structure towards colleagues within Investment Product Services and in other parts of Nordea to solve issues 
• Instruct how to drive projects within our teams' and units' scope including relevant stakeholders
