Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails related to insurance renewals and client inquiries with precision and care
- Oversee renewal processes for auto, home, and commercial insurance policies to ensure continuous client protection
- Engage professionally with clients through email and text communications regarding renewal requirements and status updates
- Conduct occasional phone calls to clients for renewal follow-up and relationship building
- Verify insurance policy payments and maintain active coverage by monitoring payment status across multiple platforms
- Navigate insurance company websites and portals to confirm payment processing and policy activation
- Coordinate with mortgage companies and banks through various communication channels to verify payment posting
- Track renewal deadlines proactively to prevent policy lapses and maintain client protection
- Follow established standard operating procedures and utilize comprehensive video training materials for consistent excellence
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all renewal activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance, mortgage, or financial services industry strongly preferred
- Exceptional administrative skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills with clear, easily understood English
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information and policy data
- Proven ability to follow detailed procedures and learn from instructional materials quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and financial institution representatives
