ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a scientific and technical advisor to ARPA-H—enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation’s healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas.  As a “systems engineering and technical assistance” advisor, you will provide support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem. Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision that inspires and motivates cross-functional teams to deliver on key priorities.
• Break down strategic initiatives into clear epics, user stories, and actionable tasks, collaborating with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
• Foster a deep understanding of the market, customer pain points, and business objectives to inform product strategy.
• Actively coach and mentor teams on agile product management methodologies, best practices, and processes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to iterate on and improve products.
• Ensure that product decisions are data-driven, balancing short-term business needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth and optimization within the product portfolio, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the CIO on a variety of strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and solutions to improve operational efficiency and business capabilities.
• Contribute to the development of the organization's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry trends.
• Guide and collaborate with teams on the architecture, design, and implementation of IT systems, including cloud platforms, AI solutions, and infrastructure projects.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies, ensuring effective execution of software development projects.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and data-driven solutions.
• Conduct detailed analysis of current and future IT systems and provide recommendations for improvements or replacements.
• Support the CIO in creating and maintaining the technology roadmap, focusing on scalability, sustainability, and performance.
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and ensure solutions meet business needs while delivering a seamless user experience.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000

• Strong experience in agile software development, with a proven track record of successfully managing product delivery in fast-paced environments.
