This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. You will translate real-world customer challenges into problems that can be addressed by the engineering team. You will also ensure that product features and innovations are communicated effectively to drive adoption.</p> <h1><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h1> <ul> <li> <p>Shape the product strategy and roadmap for Workato Orchestrate Platform</p> </li> <li> <p>Understand the users, market, and competition</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive the product life cycle - ideation, design, prioritization, delivery, and adoption</p> </li> <li> <p>Bring teams together to define and implement product features</p> </li> <li> <p>Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Define key metrics and measure the performance of features</p> </li> <li>Work in distributed teams with different time zones (US, EU, India, Singapore, Australia)</li> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline)</p> </li> <li>7+ years of relevant experience with SaaS products</li> <li> <p>Subject matter expertise with Application Integration, Data Integration, Workflow Automation and other similar technologies</p> </li> <li> <p>Track record of delivering excellent user experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and comfortably present at various industry events.</p> </li> <li> <p>Well-versed in gathering insights and identifying trends from data (customer interaction, qualitative and quantitative analysis, etc)</p> </li> <li> <p>Hands-on experience building products in a fast-paced environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Attributes that we are looking for</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Obsessed with user experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time-management skills - balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests</p> </li> <li> <p>Driven with a can-do attitude and determination to succeed</p> </li> <
