About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team and assist in the daily operations of our quick service restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, and maximizing profitability. As the Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the the operations, including food and beverage. Job Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
• Maximize profitability by managing costs and increasing revenue

• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
