We are currently looking for a Senior IT Solution Engineer to join our team in Holland, MI.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex systems and subsystems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure developers and stakeholders are aligned.
• Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• An awareness and understanding of the entire technical stack available to developers. Ability to exploit the proper technology for specific reasons.
• Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technology and industry trends and recommend technologies to department leadership.
• Participate in project planning activities utilizing agile development methodologies and provide technical input.
• Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex systems and subsystems.
• Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technology and industry trends and recommend technologies to department leadership.
• Participate in project planning activities utilizing agile development methodologies and provide technical input.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or other relevant field of study
• Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
• Work Experience: 5 years Power BI Development experience with Bachelor’s Degree OR 3 years Power BI Development experience with Master’s Degree
• Ability to work in a monthly on-call rotation (1 week)
• Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
• Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at or with Haworth.
• Familiarity with Integration Tools: Knowledge of tools like Azure or other data platforms.
• Proficient in Power BI, including advanced DAX functions and Power Query, with a demonstrated ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Keen ability to analyze complex data sets and draw insightful conclusions that can influence business decisions.
