Sr. Product Designer - UI/UX - IL

Responsibilities:
Lead and drive the design process for complex projects, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
Develop user-centered design solutions that are both innovative and aligned with business goals.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing.
Advocate for user needs and ensure design decisions are informed by user research and data.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.
Present design work to stakeholders and executives.

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
