About the role

Your Tasks<br><br>- Timely creation of production documents for the fitters in the hall (work plans and production orders) and reporting on progress in planning meetings<br>- Reviewing parts lists (components and documents, 3D models).<br>- Review workstations<br>- Ensure optimal sequence of work steps<br>- Describe assembly steps taking into account procedural instructions<br>- Describe inspection steps taking into account procedural instructions<br>- Review required production aids (consumables, tools, production equipment)<br>- Coordinate the provision of materials (consumables and flight materials) at the workstations in close consultation with logistics<br>- Coordinate the provision of production equipment at the workstations in close consultation with the MGSE manager<br>- Bottlenecks in the availability of materials and production equipment<br>- Reviewing changes made by the design department and determining the need for modifications<br>- Instructing mechanical operators on complex tasks<br>- Analyzing change requests from fitters and quality reports and determining the need for modifications to work plans and parts lists<br>- Assessing the criticality of the need for modifications<br>- Documenting the need for modifications<br>- Implementing the changes<br>- Continuously analyzing the implemented changes and reporting to the specialist department to improve standard processes and templates<br>- Taking over assembly tasks in the clean room during peak periods<br>- Analyzing the progress of production orders and determining the need for changes to the planned times in the work plans<br>Your Qualifications<br><br>- You have a bachelor's degree in aviation, engineering, mechanical engineering, or are a technician (m/f/d)<br>- You have already gained 2 years of professional experience in production/manufacturing and/or technical documentation<br>- Good knowledge of MS Teams and PDM or SAP<br>- Good communication skills in cross-departmental collaboration.<br>- Independent working style, coordination and integration skills, assertiveness.<br>- Good knowledge of German and English<br>- Willingness to travel to follow the spacecraft to Environmental test und launch<br>- Willingness to take over mechanical activities on demand<br>
