Pair Team is on a mission to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities by connecting them to high-quality care.

Pair Team cares for the highest-need Medicaid recipients through a community-led model. We build local partnerships with shelters, food pantries, and other community-based organizations to turn them into a site of care. As a support system for the community, we provide wraparound clinical services, up-skill CBO staff to become Community Health Workers, and utilize our proprietary data-driven technology platform, Arc, for care coordination. Through Medicaid MCOs, we provide healthcare for hard-to-reach, high-need individuals, while sharing healthcare dollars with community groups to expand their social support programs.

About the Opportunity

As the Quality and Compliance Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting our Operations team in ensuring all Plan requirements and quality metrics are met through auditing, documentation upkeep, and timely submission of regulatory reporting. Additionally, the Quality and Compliance Lead will play an essential role in the maintenance of our in person encounter program. You will own completing and communicating internal audit results, executing on multiple compliance projects at any given time, and proactively suggesting improvements to our operational processes. 

What You’ll Do

• Own the completion of internal audits to confirm our operations are meeting plan requirements and internal metrics 
• Maintain our in person encounters program through booking external locations and incentives, communicating with external vendors, and conducting audits to ensure the program is operating efficiently 
• Support on the upkeep of documentation such as internal SOP’s to ensure our operations team has the most up to date information
• Attend virtual Plan trainings / overviews, and synthesize the key learnings for stakeholders
• Work with external plan representatives to submit required reporting in a timely manner
• Independently juggle and own completion of multiple projects at the same time while demonstrating the ability to meet critical deadlines 

What You’ll Need 

• 2+ years in project management, quality, compliance and/or operations 
• Past experience with CRM databases, basic Excel, Word, email, and video conferencing
• Excellent organization skills to meet goals and deadlines 
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
• Thrive working with multiple systems and processes 
• Extremely detailed oriented and enjoy multitasking 
• Proven track record of hitting key metrics 
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment

• Competitive salary: $70,000 - 80,000 (depending on experience)
