Procurement to Pay (PtP) Expert - SAP MM & SAP Ariba Experienced

Are you an experienced Procurement to Pay (PtP) Expert with deep knowledge of SAP/MM, Ariba, and Invoice Processing? Join our team and play a key role in optimizing our SAP-based procurement and finance processes!

Tasks

• Manage the SAP/MM provisioning process, including MM-IV (Logistic Invoice Verification) and FI-AP (Accounts Payable Invoice Processing).
• Oversee Ariba Business Network integration, including PO and Invoice integration via CIG, Buyer/Supplier portal, and end-to-end PtP process (PO, Confirmation, Invoicing).
• Handle IDOC setup, enhancements, and error resolution related to Ariba IDOCs.
• Work on Purchase Order outputs, including SAP Script modifications, SAP standard text handling, and PO output error resolution.
• Support data migration related to purchasing master data and transaction data (experience with Readsoft and LSMW is a plus).
• Utilize IDOCs, SAP Query, and Interfaces to enhance procurement workflows.
• Read and interpret ABAP code to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and propose efficient solutions.
• Evaluate and manage the impact of configuration or process changes.
• Resolve functional and technical business issues and provide system specifications and documentation.

Requirements

✅ Proven experience in SAP/MM provisioning, Ariba integration, and invoice processing.
✅ Strong understanding of Purchase Order outputs and execution.
✅ Experience with IDOCs, SAP Scripts, and LSMW.
✅ Ability to read and understand ABAP code.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent documentation and communication skills in English (written & oral).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Readsoft.
• Exposure to data migration (purchasing master data & transaction data).
