Job Description

Tender & Quote specialist:
You will be focusing on the management of bid/tender process to provide high quality proposals on time ensuring each is competitive and compliant and meets the company targets for growth and profitability.

Your role:

• Producing and preparing all documents including quotations for tenders for the sales force across all Business Units / Business Lines service contracts.
• Maintaining tenders announcement and providing info to Key Account Managers.
• Preparing quotes for private customer on Key Account Managers demand.
• Conducting Pre quote activities (credit check, realization time update, etc.)
• Setting priorities and ensures correct and completeness of tenders within required timeframes.
• Ensuring correct and up-to-date quality documentation and coordinate timely alignment in terms of tender related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinating and preparing quotes approval in dedicated tool.
• Contract Management; preparation and maintenance of contracts during the whole period for public and private customer.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a Master or bachelor degree of Administration, Biomedical Engineering or an equivalent combination of related experience and education. 
• Preferebly you have acquired 2-5 years of experience in a role working closely with Customer Service or Sales Service departments.
• Experience of public sector tendering process and public portal.
• Experience in drafting and interpreting (Service) Contracts.
• You have good oral and written communication skills in English.
