Lifeway Mobility is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead branch operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop branch staff across sales, installation, and service.
• Drive operational performance: on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and timely escalation resolution.
• Maintain accurate inventory, strong vendor partnerships, and fleet readiness.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and financial targets.
• Recruit top talent, set clear goals, and coach team members for success.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven success leading both operations and sales teams in a B2C industry.
• Experience managing field-based staff (sales, installation, service).
• Strong financial management skills and budget expertise.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
