The Role

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead and mentor a team of RPA professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
• Lead RPA projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with the business unit's strategic goals and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Work closely with client teams to understand and analyze their automation needs, translating them into actionable RPA strategies and projects.
• Leverage knowledge in RPA and Microsoft Power Platform to guide project development and address technical challenges.
• Maintain robust communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Implement RPA deployment strategies, utilizing agile methodologies to ensure flexible and efficient project management.

The Requirements:

You are the person that we are looking for if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Over 6 years' experience in the technology field
• Over 2 years' experience leading technology projects
• Expertise in RPA technologies, particularly Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with skills in team building, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are desirable.
