Job title: Java Full Stack Developer
Job Location: Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• Design develop test deploy and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications.
• Work on both front end and back-end technologies to deliver end to end solutions.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end technologies using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript etc
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
• Ensure cross browser compatibility and optimize application performance.
• Design and implement server-side logic using Java technologies, Spring Framework, Hibernate etc.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs to support seamless integration between front end and back end systems.
• Implement data storage solutions and database management using SQL, NoSQL.
• Contributes architectural decisions and design discussions for new and existing features.
• Ensure the scalability security and performance of the applications.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Implement and execute thorough testing processes including unit testing, integration testing and automated testing.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including product managers designers and other developers to deliver high quality software solutions.
• Communicate optimally with team members and stakeholders to understand the requirements and to provide updates on project progress.
• Stay up to date with industry trends standard processes and new technologies.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the improvement of development process.
