Software Engineer - NodeJS & React

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and maintaining web applications using Node.js and React.js
• Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code for both the server-side (Node.js) and client-side (React.js) components of the application
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements for new features or enhancements
• Building RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end systems to enable seamless data exchange and functionality
• Conducting thorough testing of the application, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure quality and reliability
• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues in a timely manner
• Designing and implementing database schemas, queries, and data models using PostgreSQL
• Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have skills:
• Good JavaScript knowledge
• Good ReactJS knowledge
• Good NodeJS / express knowledge or similar
• Familiarity with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing
• Nice to have skills:
• Cordova, Android or iOS experience is considered a plus
