We are #hiringnow for a Business Development Manager for Cisco. This role will focus on developing the security architecture, attracting new clients and developing the business of existing channels through a technical and consultative model in close relationship with the sales teams. This role will lead the development and recruitment strategy of new channels in addition to supporting and analyzing the potential of the brand.

What will be your main responsibilities?
- Responsible for facilitating and influencing partners to realize the value of brand security products, programs and services jointly developed between Ingram Micro and CISCO.
- Responsible for growing profitable sales, activations and market share across the distribution channel.
- Deeply investigate partners' IaaS business and build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the Security portfolio and services and their associated key competitive products, including life cycles, pricing programs and technological advantages.
- Be the expert on Cybersecurity partner networks and the respective programs that affect the profitability of partners, to ensure that they maximize the consumption of available resources and continue to invest in the strategic alignment of IaaS through Ingram Micro.
- Creation of technical proposals and carrying out demonstrations and proofs of concept of the solutions we offer.
- Technical and commercial training for the work team and business partners.
- Design architectures to ensure the correct functioning of the solutions in the client's current environment.
- Training for the migration of solutions from physical environments to the cloud
Requirements
- Professional in systems engineering, software engineering and/or other purposes.
- A minimum of 4 years of previous experience in account management, consultative sales processes, pre-sales and technical project support.
- Knowledge of technological products and distribution channels.
- Ability to dig deeper into an organization and take advantage of cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Ability to develop deep technical and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision
- Advanced knowledge of Operating Systems and IaaS.
- Intermediate English preferred
- Desirable: Technical certifications in products, administration and/or security architecture are preferred.
