Payroll Production Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll Production Specialist to join our Tampa team at Fourth! This individual will be responsible for the payroll department printing and shipping needs, including high-volume printing, packing, and shipping via USPS, contract couriers, and Federal Express. This position will be required onsite Monday through Friday at our Tampa location.

The Role. . .

• Maintain all shipping records, track packages, issue resolution and package re-directs
• Ship and mail packages for all departments in the Tampa office
• Provide support to the payroll team ensuring all payroll packages are shipped out in a timely manner
• Provide direct correspondence with Payroll Specialists regarding payroll packages
• Print payroll checks and reports and prepare them for shipment
• Prepare packages and labels for shipment via US Mail, Courier, and Federal Express
• Maintain daily shipping manifests
• Track and monitor all shipments
• Notify recipients and senders of any shipping delays
• Distribute daily incoming mail and packages
• Postage and prepare outgoing mail for Tampa office
• Assisting the payroll admin with support in validating employee documentation
• Assist where needed in packaging payrolls, which includes standing and placing checks into envelopes

• Strict adherence to deadlines and prioritizing multiple duties in a date-driven and heavily regulated environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous relevant experience is preferred.
• High attention to detail where accuracy is a priority
• Data entry skills are required
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of the Payroll, Spreadsheets, and Outlook applications
