KORT is Kentucky's premier provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy specializing in orthopedics, sports and industrial medicine. Since 1987, KORT has provided clinical and customer service excellence to patients in our clinics, at employer sites, and with high school, college, and professional sports teams.

 

Our Louisville, KY Sports and Performance physical therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences.  Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected physical therapy team that provides preventative and rehabilitative services that help improve quality of life for the community in which they live and work. Compensation starting at $65,000 with potential for sign on bonuses and student debt relief programs.

• Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
• In states where permitted: document in charts using accepted medical terminology and format.
• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• 2 years in outpatient physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OCS or SCS certification or ability to sit for exam as having met all pre-requisites.
