QA Engineering Lead

• Building and executing test strategy and plans across multiple products and platforms while working with engineering teams to identify and resolve defects.
• They will diagnose issues, report defect, and propose regression tests to discover reoccurrence for Meta Reality Labs (RL).
• They will work alongside expert software engineers and research scientist to create the technology that makes VR and AR pervasive and universal.
• They will identify, test, track and report KPI trends over the course of the projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related and 5 years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation
• Requires 5 year of experience in the following:
• 1. Quality Assurance in testing web or mobile applications
• 2.Test and tool development methodology
• 3. Java, PHP, Ruby or Python
• 4. Constructing test cases and getting them prioritized based on changes
• 5. Writing test automation scripts
• 6. Creating and publishing test reports
• 7. Coordinating with onsite and offshore teams for task prioritization
• 8. Bug triage and analysis of test case failure

$194,010/year to $215,160/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
