Senior Associate- 2nd shift (Monday to Thursday)

At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Warehousing and Fulfillment Teams play an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a Sr. Associate to join our direct-to-garment (DTG) printing team to help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on leadership experience for future growth within the company! In this position, you’ll work closely with the Shift and Team Leads to improve production flow efficiency and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the team. 

You’ll also need an understanding of DTG printing technology, a method that prints ink directly on clothing to produce a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way.  

You must be 18+ years to be considered for this position.

Your daily tasks will include:
 

• Operating our DTG printers and conducting quality checks on all printed items

• Performing preventative maintenance to make sure equipment is running efficiently and producing a quality product

• Maintaining an organized production flow to minimize stuck items, late orders, and reshipments and suggesting improvements to the process

• Helping ensure that teammates are following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Setting an example by adhering to safety, quality, and production standards

• Upholding team standards by retraining individual teammates to improve their performance and help them meet goals

• Assisting in providing a safe, clean, and productive work environment

• Performing other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring:
 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 1–2+ years relevant work experience in a warehouse setting

• An understanding of technical printing

Having the following will be an advantage

• Technical post-secondary studies or Bachelor’s degree 

• 3–5+ years experience in the printing industry or in a warehouse setting
