Basic Job Functions:

• Assist with processing vendor invoices and verifying accuracy against purchase orders and receipts.
• Support the review and reconciliation of statements from vendors.
• Help maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Participate in audits of payable transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teammates to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with additional administrative or finance-related projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Junior or Senior year college student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) preferred.
• Interest in learning about financial operations within a manufacturing environment.
