Your Key Responsibilities

 

• Conduct company-level real estate planning, multi-year planning, and strategic roadmap development.
• Manage the identification of new locations for relocation or expansion, as well as the renewal or termination of existing lease contracts.
• Lead real estate projects aligned with strategic planning, driving process improvements, and adopting "new work" and "new office" concepts in the Americas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional workgroups, headquarters, landlords, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare commercial terms in lease contracts to maximize benefits and minimize risks for Schaeffler.
• Monitor and control primary costs, including rent and management expenses, through SAP, e-flow, and monthly reporting.
• Proactively address daily issues with landlords and support facility planning, safety, security, and environmental protocols.

Your Qualifications

 

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate management, preferably 2+ years of experience in a multinational corporation.
• Proven track record in conducting real estate planning and executing strategic initiatives.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to prepare commercial terms in lease contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.

Preferred

• Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP and other relevant software platforms.
• Knowledge of facility planning, safety, security, and environmental protocols.
