<p><br/><b><span>Job Description:</span></b></p><p>Establishes and maintains the general accounting reporting and practices for the organization. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and/or review necessary journal entries for properly stated ledgers and financial statements in accordance with regulations (e.g., GAAP) and company policy. May perform bookkeeping or account management duties. Includes accounts payable, cost accounting, cash management and Controllers responsible for only accounting.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>#LI-MK1</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Job Requirements:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Perform various activities within the Record-to-Report processes in line with US GAAP, corporate policies and in respect to local statutory requirements for Envista Poland entity</span></li><li><span>Ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting and ensure all corporate deadlines are met.</span></li><li><span>Understand the balance sheet &amp; income statement impacts of every transaction to challenge or propose accounting adjustment entries, when relevant.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate all necessary supporting documentation for monthly accruals and prepayments.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate the preparation of Balance Sheet and coordinate the monthly review and analyses.</span></li><li><span>Ensure the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations are performed timely.</span></li><li><span>Ensure performance of internal controls, including SOX compliance.</span></li><li><span>Ensure all internal policies and procedures are consistently followed.</span></li><li><span>Prepare statutory accounts and tax returns as well as any other local government requirements.</span></li><li><span>Support audits (internal &amp; external) including coordination of client deliverables. </span></li><li><span>Ensure accounting documentation (Guidelines, Manuals) are complete and up-to-date.</span></li><li>Polish language is an advantage</li><li>Comarch ERP knowledge is an advantage</li></ul><p></p><p><span><b><b>Operating Company:</b></b></span></p>Corporate<p></p><p>Envista is a global family of more than 30 trusted dental brands, united by a shared purpose: to partner with professionals to improve lives.
