Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team, focusing on implementing and maintaining quality system improvements and controls. This role combines technical expertise in quality management with strong continuous improvement methodologies and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will drive quality excellence across our manufacturing operations while serving as a key liaison with customers on quality-related matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality System Management

  • Develop and update quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation to ensure compliance with customer and/or regulatory requirements
  • Conduct internal audits and manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes
  • Lead quality system improvements and ensure continuous compliance with customer specifications

Manufacturing Quality Control

  • Establish and maintain statistical process control (SPC) systems for critical manufacturing processes
  • Design and implement inspection plans, test procedures, and qua
