As a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) for AI in HCM, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product direction for our AI-driven solutions. You will drive strategy and growth of our HCM applications with AI capabilities and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Application and Plattform Teams to deliver solutions that continue to excite our customers, partners and market analysts. 

 

What you'll do

Within our Business AI Product Management group you lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond for specific AI scenarios:

 

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy for our AI-driven HCM products
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market insights
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and product specifications
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI technologies and trends, providing guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Drive the development of AI models and algorithms, working closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions
• Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
• Continuously monitor customer feedback and market dynamics to iterate on product features and enhance user experience

 

What you bring

 

• Ability to work autonomously as a Product Manager together with other product engineering leaders for HCM applications across the globe
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, and rapidly changing environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, e.g. GenAI, LLMs, chatbots, deep learning and how these can drive value in HCM business processes
• Ability to dive into Generative AI best practices and desire to pursue self-study in this space
• Strong focus on customer value and prioritizing the voice of the customer, while engaging through channels such as Design Advisory and Early Adopter programs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools; agility is a mindset and a daily practice
