Role Summary In support of a project with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) International team, MPC is seeking a functional Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to provide business analysis and strategic communications to support our client in addressing critical national cyber, infrastructure and technology risks. This role will be embedded in the Travel Team who provide logistics and process guidance for CISA employees traveling overseas on official business.
What You Will Be Doing

Oversee the development of procedural documentation by preparing, revising, and delivering documents for sub-division, division and senior leadership.
Intake complex concepts and solutions and translate them into multiple types of deliverables, including but not limited to: meeting minutes, action items, briefing decks, requirements, diagrams, standard operating procedures, and reports.
Manage problem-solving to provide customized business-focused objective advice, expertise and specialist skills to create value and improve business strategy, internal processes, and performance.
Produce high-quality strategic communications content that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Coordinate meetings and events to include stakeholder engagement and facilities reservations.
Support knowledge management activities in SharePoint.

What We Need From You (Required)

A minimum of two or more (2+) years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, project management, and/or operational process improvement
Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust (US Citizenship required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Strong English language writing skills, communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage, prioritize, and track multiple tasks when standard processes aren’t yet identified
