In your role, you will work from the Mounds View, MN Medtronic sites.The Senior Cyber Information Assurance Analyst - Privileged Access Management/Secrets role position is a key member of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team responsible for development, implementation, and management of IAM technologies deployed within the organization supporting the business to enable utilization of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) suite within the organization. This role will work across the organization with business, IAM and other IT partners and external service providers through collaboration, and hands-on delivery to shape and secure capabilities. Solution design and delivery is the primary focus of this position, but it also has overall responsibility to ensure operational fitness of the system(s).

CAREERS THAT CHANGE LIVES
Serve as a technical subject matter expert for CyberArk & Conjur products (PAM, PSM, CPM, AAM, PVWA, Vault Administration, DAP, etc.)
Provide insight and direction for operational best practices to protect and support administrators, applications, and service accounts
Support projects to develop and deliver new security features within CyberArk & Conjur
Manage password rotations, malfunctions, account creations, changes, integrations, and policy maintenance
Maintain vendor relationships for application roadmap understanding, training opportunities, and ongoing support
Communicate with customers about changes and issues related to the application
Stay updated on emerging Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies, cyber threats, and cybersecurity trends.

MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
High school diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of experience
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s or advanced degree
4+ years professional experience as an IAM Engineer or similar role, designing and implementing at an enterprise-level on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Experience with development, and support of CyberArk & Conjur
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies, including but not limited to privileged access, service identities, identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, and federation.
Monitor CyberArk systems for performance issues, anomalies, and security incidents, and escalate as necessary
Understanding of the security, performance, and availability of the application, which includes servers, databases, integrations, access controls, b
