Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services BGS is seeking a Sales Program Manager (IC) to support the Global Leasing Sales in Seattle, WA.  

In this role you will develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and

procedures and set operational goals in conjunction with the Commercial Sales leadership team.

Successful execution will require critical thinking in a fast-paced environment along with excellent

stakeholder management, project management, analytical and communication skills. The Sales Program Manager will also be responsible for analyzing and synthesizing feedback from sales activity, providing

insights related to improvements in sales operations, preparing presentations for the Sales leadership

team, as well as supporting change management and process improvement efforts. The Sales Program

Manager will leverage knowledge about and directly influences the resources that support tracking and

monitoring, as well as performance of pipelines, sales targets, and sales strategies.

The successful candidate must also be a team player that can contribute and collaborate to help resolve

problems and achieve goals across a wide range of stakeholder including Regional Directors, Portfolio

Sales Directors, Boeing Services Account Directors, Sales leadership, and senior executives across

multiple departments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify, lead and deliver core projects that impact the sales organization.
  • Support Commercial Sales organization to improve overall go-to-market effectiveness and
  • team communication
  • Gather requirements and project-manage changes to our processes that result in optimal sales efficiencies.

  • Support Business Process Review reporting and formats
  • CRM champion – manage and coordinate quality of data (Salesforce)
  • Additional tasks and projects, as necessary.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Motivated self-starter with a high level of personal accountability and organizational skill.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Attention-to-detail and strong follow-up skills.

   

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Salesforce and use of reporting tools, such as Tableau an advantage.

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 7 or more years’ related work experience. 13 years related work experience.)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 12 or more years’ related work experience. 18 years related work experience.)
