Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Position Summary
The Senior Human Resources Generalist / HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and provides comprehensive HR support to drive business performance and a positive workplace culture. This role supports key areas including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, policy compliance, and change management. The ideal candidate will be both a hands-on contributor and a strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Support and help lead strategic HR initiatives related to talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Participate in updating and communicating company policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns, applying sound judgment and a fair, consistent approach.
- Partner with management to identify future people needs and support organizational planning.
- Lead or support the execution of HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and internal events.
- Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support HR strategy and leadership decision-making.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist or HR business partner role.
